Paul Hastings LLP is seeking a Junior Associate to join their rapidly growing global finance practice in New York. The firm is looking for candidates with experience in executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. Asset based lending experience is a plus but not required. The group's clients include high-profile bank and nonbank lenders such as private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds, and hedge funds. Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various finance matters
- Draft and review legal documents
- Work with high-profile bank and nonbank lenders
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members

Qualifications:
- from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- Minimum of 1-3 years of law firm experience
- Experience in finance transactions and credit arrangements
- Asset based lending experience a plus
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

Salary Information:
- Minimum of $235,000 and maximum of $260,000 annually
- Actual pay may vary based on experience and other relevant factors
