They will be responsible for providing employee relations consultation, conducting investigations, and analyzing data to monitor trends. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent and at least five years of experience in HR compliance, generalist or employee relations. This position offers a salary range of $60K to $75K and comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Job Title: Bilingual Employee Relations Partner - REMOTE Location: North East/Central (must live in this region) Department: HR Compliance Company: Ryder H1: Join Our Team as a Bilingual Employee Relations Partner - REMOTE! H2: Work Remotely and Utilize Your Spanish Skills to Support HR Functions. Salary: $60K - $75K Experience: Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience), at least 5 years in HR compliance, generalist or employee relations Essential Functions: - Oversee investigations of reported concerns and provide guidance to managers on employee conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions and terminations. - Partner with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations, and Legal teams to develop solutions for complex employee relations issues. - Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, and communication with employees. - Analyze and interpret data to monitor employee relations trends and provide proactive solutions. - Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation in the region. - Travel as needed to company sites within the supported region. Skills and Abilities: - Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and company policies. - Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills. - Impartiality and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization. - Capacity to handle confidential information appropriately. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Strong multitasking and time management skills. - Attention to detail and follow-up. - Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent (or additional 4 years of relevant experience). - 5 years or more in HR compliance, generalist or employee relations. - Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
