Job Title: Immigration Paralegal - USCIS Location: Dallas, TX Salary: Dependent on experience The Matian Firm, APC, a growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our USCIS department. This role will report directly to the Legal Supervisor and will involve working on a variety of immigration cases, including I-130, I-485, N-400, VAWA, and more. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Responsibilities: - Prepare and file immigration applications with USCIS, including I-130, I-485, N-400, VAWA, and more. - Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and exceptional customer service. - Utilize case management systems to track case statuses and make updates as needed. - Assist in managing client relationships and provide support to attorneys. - Complete assignments and provide updates to the Legal Supervisor. - Demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative when working on cases. Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law. - Knowledge of USCIS filings, including I-130, I-485, VAWA, N-400, N-600, I-131, TPS Renewal, I-589, I-765, I-929, I-290B, and I-601. - Experience with Case Management Software.
