Cooley, a leading law firm, is seeking a Public Companies Resource Attorney to join their team in San Francisco. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the firm's Public Companies practice group by staying current on legal and regulatory developments, developing resources for the practice group, and coordinating with various departments within the firm to enhance efficiency and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Staying up-to-date on all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Public Companies practice group.
- Assisting in the preparation of client alerts and other publications.
- Developing practice resources to facilitate knowledge-sharing within the practice group and with clients.
- Maintaining and updating archives of work product and know-how within the practice group.
- Updating forms and templates to reflect current legal developments and industry standards.
- Providing information to support business development efforts.
- Coordinating with Professional Development to enhance skills development within the practice group.
- Collaborating with Information Services to identify and implement technologies for increased efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

- Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Company practice.
- Mastery of the substantive area of practice within the Public Companies practice group.
- Familiarity with industries regularly advised by Cooley.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident presenter.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Team player with attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits:

The expected annual pay range for this position is $220,000 - $325,000, depending on location, experience, and skillset.
