Salary Information:
- San Francisco Bay Area: $72,380 to $130,290 annually
- Los Angeles: $66,040 to $118,880 annually
- San Diego: $65,200 to $117,370 annually
- Washington State: $59,820 to $107,680 annually

Job Description:

- Assist with all phases of . patent prosecution matters
- Prepare and file patent and design applications and prosecution documents
- Communicate with clients and other parties to collect and assemble information
- Manage docket and track deadlines
- Maintain knowledge of . and PCT rules
- Assist with client transfers
- Conduct legal research and factual investigations

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a patent prosecution secretary or paralegal
- Thorough knowledge of . and PCT patent prosecution processes and procedures
- Familiarity with international procedures
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
