Morgan Lewis, a leading law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced midlevel associate to join our Intellectual Property Department, specifically in the Life Sciences area. We are looking for someone with at least one to five years of patent prosecution experience, along with an advanced degree, preferably a ., in a life sciences technology field. As a midlevel associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and complex cases, while also receiving mentorship and support from our team of experienced attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting patent prosecution and patent litigation activities
- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications
- Providing legal advice on intellectual property matters
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to develop strategies for protecting intellectual property rights

Qualifications:
- One to five years of patent prosecution experience
- Advanced degree, preferably a ., in a life sciences technology field
- Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
