Job Summary:

- Perform complex duties with limited supervision.
- Support attorneys in civil defense litigation matters.
- Specialize in Medical Malpractice and Long-Term Care defense.
- Collect and organize medical records for case preparation.
- Manage and facilitate disclosure process.
- Coordinate with relevant parties for timely presentation of disclosures.
- Identify and arrange expert witnesses for cases.
- Establish and maintain communication with expert witnesses throughout case.
- Handle light motion practice, including drafting and filing motions.
- Prepare court orders and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
- Assist attorneys with various tasks for case management.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency with Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure (NRCP) and familiarity with California civil practice.
- Experience with electronic filing systems.
- Specialized knowledge in medical malpractice and long-term care defense.
- Ability to efficiently navigate through vast amounts of medical records.
- Capability to prepare detailed medical chronologies for case analysis.
