The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of IP/Trademark paralegal experience, preferably in a mid to large-sized law firm. A paralegal certificate is also preferred. Job Description: As a Trademark Paralegal at Perkins Coie LLP, you will assist attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of . and foreign trademark and copyright matters. This includes conducting searches, enforcing trademarks, and conducting due diligence. You will also be responsible for promoting and maintaining the firm's reputation and goodwill. This involves maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: - Draft and file electronic trademark and service mark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office - Prepare and file copyright applications with the .
