Job Description: We are seeking a paralegal with at least 3 years of experience in family law to provide legal and administrative support to our attorneys and clients. As a paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting pleadings, managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, and communicating with clients. You will also have the opportunity to assist with case management, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks. Requirements: - 3+ years’ experience as a paralegal for a family law firm - Formal paralegal training from an accredited program preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to interact with clients in a warm, kind, and respectful manner - Superior organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize and execute numerous tasks under tight deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other standard office software, with experience in Clio preferred - Ability to work independently with little direct supervision, including analysis and problem-solving as needed - Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict client confidentiality Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 per year.
