As a probate paralegal at The Legacy Lawyers, ., you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and fulfilling cases from beginning to end. You will be responsible for guiding clients in gathering and inventorying their assets, preparing letters and reports, and assisting attorneys with related tasks. We will provide training and resources to ensure your success and help you become one of the most respected paralegals in California.

To be considered for this position, you must have completed a Certified Paralegal Program and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, as well as the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Google Suite and a typing speed of 40 words per minute are also required.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $53,000 to $91,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a Simple IRA retirement plan with a 3% firm match. Additionally, you will receive 10 days of paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and 3 paid sick days.
