- Possible traveling to assigned Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) locations

H2: Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- 1+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Hearing Representative related to Workers Compensation
- Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation
- General understanding of the workers’ compensation system including EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process
- Highly motivated, results driven, high energy and a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to observe details on a computer or other electronic screens
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision
- Client focused, with the commitment to outstanding customer service and the ability to deliver results
- Bachelor's degree Preferred
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) Preferred
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, and be a team player

As a Worker's Compensation Paralegal/Hearing Representative, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload, coordinating recommended treatment, providing updates to clients, communicating with involved parties, attending hearings, and maintaining case notes.
