## Litigation Associates/Senior Counsel (3-8+ years)

**Law Firm** is seeking experienced Litigation Associates/Senior Counsel with 3-8+ years of experience handling Complex Commercial Litigation, Healthcare/Employee Benefits, Product Liability, and Construction for its Houston office. The successful candidate must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision.

**Qualifications:**

- 3-8+ years of experience in Complex Commercial Litigation, Healthcare/Employee Benefits, Product Liability, and Construction
- Excellent academic background
- Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research
- Self-starter able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision
- Commitment to superior client service
- Trial experience is preferred, but not required
- Must reside and be licensed in Texas
