This position is remote and relocation is available according to the Firm's policy. ## Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: * Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate * 6 years’ Paralegal experience supporting a Finance practice group in a law firm or professional services environment * Experience managing data rooms and matter files on document management systems * Detail-oriented and self-motivated * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of work ## Preferred Requirements Preferred requirements for this role include: * Blue Sky experience * Experience preparing and filing a variety of corporate legal documents * Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Large firm experience ## Job Responsibilities As a Sr. Paralegal at DLA Piper, your day will be spent performing a range of substantive case, matter, or entity-related duties. This will include developing, monitoring, and updating closing and other books and other documents. You will also be responsible for researching, preparing, and filing legal UCC Financing Statements, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, annual reports, managing data rooms, and matter files, coordinating execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, etc., including all closing documentation. You will also develop, monitor, and update closing and other checklists. ## Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position is $95k-$130k, depending on the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
