Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP, a leading law firm, is currently looking for a mid-to-senior level associate to join our esteemed litigation department. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in commercial litigation, cybersecurity, and data privacy.

Our litigation team is known for handling complex and intriguing cases in a variety of substantive areas. We work with state and federal courts, private arbitrations, and government agencies to provide our clients with top-notch legal representation. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to take on meaningful work early in your career and collaborate closely with partners to develop innovative solutions for our clients. We also prioritize the growth and development of our associates through mentorship and hands-on training.

If you have 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation at a law firm, hold an IAPP CIPP/US certification, and have a strong understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy issues, we encourage you to apply. Excellent legal research and writing skills, a record of academic excellence, and admission to practice in PA, NY, NJ, and/or . are also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts, private arbitrations, and before governmental agencies
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute business-oriented solutions for clients
- Conduct legal research and writing for various cases and matters
- Mentor and train junior associates
- Stay current on cybersecurity and data privacy issues and provide guidance to clients

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation at a law firm
- IAPP CIPP/US certification and experience with cybersecurity and data privacy issues preferred
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Record of strong academic performance
- Admission to practice in PA, NY, NJ and/or . is preferred
