Law firm Cozen O'Connor is seeking an entry-level Paralegal to join their White Collar Defense & Investigation department in Washington, DC in May or June 2024. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a four-year bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities:

- Manage documents, including review, labeling, organization, and compiling information for discovery responses, pleadings, and motions
- Assist with coordinating scene examinations, witness investigations, and trial preparation
- Develop systems for tracking information and assist with document acquisition, organization, review, and analysis
- Compile information from various sources and present detailed findings using charts and statistics
- Review documents for content and utilize computer databases for research
- Manage large cases and electronic files
