About Role Petion Law, ., a full-service Personal Injury firm based in Aventura , Florida is seeking to fill a newly opened position for experienced Civil Litigation Attorney.
Responsibilities Represents clients in court cases and other kinds of adversarial legal proceedings such as arbitrations, mediations and administrative law proceedings. Duties Must be able to litigate personal injury & property insurance claims from intake to trial and negotiate settlements for clients. Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations and trials. Ability to manage Paralegal team & all phases of the litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. Ability to handle a busy case load. High level of Negotiation & Case Development with hands on approach Litigation Claims Processes are highly desirable Attend Mediations & Global Settlement Conferences. A strong performer can earn + $150, annually. Languages English (Fluent), Creole (Fluent) and Spanish (preferred)
Qualification and Experience Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years with prior experience in Personal Injury.
