Faegre Drinker, a leading law firm, is seeking a talented and driven mergers and acquisitions associate to join our prestigious Insurance practice group. This is a partnership-track role and the ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters for top insurance industry clients
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Produce high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Engage with insurance industry groups and participate in business development opportunities

Requirements:
- Three to six years of legal experience in mergers, acquisitions, and similar transactional matters
- Preference for experience in the insurance industry (but not required)
- Strong analytical and writing skills

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $180,000 - $305,000 (actual salary may vary based on relevant skills, experience, and location)
