Responsibilities:

- Assist in document review and organization
- Prepare privilege logs
- Conduct fact research
- Help with depositions and digesting transcripts
- Check citations, blue book, shepardize, fact check, and prepare exhibits for briefs and court filings
- Maintain case files and review court dockets
- Prepare documents and presentations using various software
- Assist with witness interviews and communication
- Manage calendars and perform administrative tasks such as billing and correspondence

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and a desire to learn
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to focus on objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new software
