Job Responsibilities: - Utilize your patent prosecution experience to write and file patent applications and pursue patent protection in the . and abroad. - Perform freedom-to-operate analyses and write opinions of counsel as a registered patent attorney. - Work closely with team attorneys and staff members on patentability analyses, drafting and prosecution of patents, opinion work, IP agreements, and IP litigation. Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution with an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, computer engineering, or similar field. - Strong academic credentials and work ethic. - Admitted to the North Carolina Bar or Minneapolis State Bar and admitted to practice before the .
