## Securities Enforcement Associate - McGuireWoods LLP

McGuireWoods LLP is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Securities Enforcement & Regulatory Counseling Practice Group in its New York office. The successful candidate will join a nationally recognized team and work with partners and clients across the country and internationally.

**Job Requirements:**

* 2-4 years of government investigations or regulatory enforcement experience in a first-tier law firm
* Superb academic credentials and writing skills
* Experience in conducting criminal proceedings or working within regulatory agencies or as a judicial law clerk is highly valued
* NY bar admission is required

**Compensation:**

McGuireWoods offers a competitive salary ranging from $225,000 - $295,000+ with hours and merit bonus opportunities, billable hours credit for pro bono work, and a hybrid in office/remote option allowing flexibility and work-life balance.
