Estate Planning Legal Executive Assistant The candidate will work closely with clients, attorneys, and paralegals to support the drafting and implementation of trusts, estate plans, and related documents. Should preferably have at least 3-5 years of legal secretarial experience and advanced computer skills with MS Word, Legal MacPac and OpenText eDocs Document Management. Must have experience supporting a Trusts and Estate Planning practice group. Should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and project a positive attitude. Will possess excellent organizational, written/verbal communication, and time management skills.
