Summary

Law Firm is looking for a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate (4+ years) to join the ERISA and Executive Compensation practice in our Business Law Department. The ideal candidate will have general experience working in teams and managing some components of transactions independently, along with specific experience representing public and private companies with respect to tax and securities law issues in connection with equity-based arrangements and other types of incentive compensation plans. Additional experience with ERISA, employee benefits or general employment law matters is a plus, but not required.

Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant admission is preferred. Remote opportunities may be available for candidates with previous relevant experience in the Bay Area.
