Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its growing Affordable Housing Development team in the Real Estate + Development practice group. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic and highly-regarded law firm and work on complex commercial real estate transactions. The position is available in the Boston, Hartford, or Providence office, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience representing developers in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and financing. Experience with affordable housing tax credit transactions is a plus. Strong fundamentals in title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and reviewing loan documents are required. The candidate should also have excellent teamwork skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
