The Corporate Associate Attorney will work on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, and general corporate counseling and representation. The attorney will collaborate with more experienced attorneys and have the opportunity to mentor junior associates. This position offers a clear path toward professional growth and development, with regular feedback and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have strong academics, writing skills, and familiarity with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work.



Key Responsibilities:

Work on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, and general corporate counseling and representation.
Collaborate with more experienced attorneys to develop and refine legal strategies and solutions.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior associates.
Regularly receive feedback and evaluations to support professional growth and development.
Meet or exceed billable hour and business development goals.



Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in a law firm setting, preferably with a focus on corporate and transactional matters.
Familiarity with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work.
Strong academic record, with good grades from a respected law school.
Excellent writing skills, with proficiency in complex legal drafting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary Information:

Salary range: $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Bonus potential based on billable hours and business development goals.
