Law Firm is looking for a Litigation Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated and experienced attorney who is eager to take on new challenges. This role requires excellent legal research and writing skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have:

• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• At least 2 years of legal experience in civil litigation
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Deposition and trial experience preferred

The Litigation Associate will work closely with other attorneys and staff in the Department to handle a diverse range of cases including health and privacy law, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, intellectual property, real estate, construction, guardianship, probate, and general commercial disputes. The successful candidate will be responsible for legal research, writing motions and briefs, conducting depositions, attending hearings, and representing clients in court.

The successful candidate must have excellent legal research and writing skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Deposition and trial experience is preferred.
