The law firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Paralegal to join their Investigations, White Collar, and Fraud team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of litigation experience, a bachelor's degree, and a paralegal certificate. This is a full-time position with core hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 . to 6:00 ., with potential for overtime as needed. The annual salary range for this position is $115,000 to $128,000, with the possibility of a discretionary bonus. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with investigations and responses to requests from regulators and other governmental agencies
- Maintain strong relationships with service providers and document custodians
- Track and monitor legal holds and custodians for multiple matters
- Produce information in a timely and organized manner for outside counsel and third parties
- Manage case pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and research
- Organize and prepare exhibit lists and privilege logs
- Correspond with clients, counsel, court clerks, expert witnesses, and vendors
- Perform legal research and manage court dockets
- Participate in the firm's Global Citizenship program
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate preferred
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility for additional hours and travel as needed
- Knowledge of litigation support databases and electronic discovery applications

Salary Information:

- Annualized salary range of $115,000 to $128,000, depending on experience and other job-related factors
- Possibility of a discretionary bonus for full-time employees
- Eligibility for firm's fringe benefits for full-time employees
