This position can work from any of our Pennsylvania offices and hybrid or remote opportunities are available based on experience. Our most busy clients operate in the industrial/logistics, residential housing, restaurant (leasing), and energy (solar and natural gas) sectors.

Candidates should possess the following:

- Juris Doctorate with licensure in PA
- 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience
- Demonstrated experience managing a variety of real estate transactions including among potential others, drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing and the acquisition, disposition, and development of property
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Planned community and condominium experience is a plus
