Law Firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in North Barrington, IL. As a Paralegal, you will provide essential administrative support to our attorneys, ensuring that all legal documents are drafted accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:

- Prioritize and handle matters in a timely manner
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms
- Prepare and assemble packages for client matters
- Answer and screen phone calls and emails for attorneys
- Coordinate with clients, external counsel, and vendors to exchange information and documentation
- Keep clients updated on important legal dates and events
- Assist with legal research as needed
- Execute attorney corrections to finalize documents
- Maintain organized and up-to-date trial documents, file opening packets, and client files
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly returning client calls and resolving needs efficiently
- Assist with reception duties when needed
- Maintain office procedures and systems
- Maintain confidentiality and work independently
- Other projects and tasks as assigned

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal terminology

maintain confidentiality and work independently;
