This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of over 100,000 clients facing criminal charges and post-conviction matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paralegal studies, at least 6 years of experience in litigation, and 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a dynamic team of paralegals, including recruitment, training, and professional development
- Ensure all paralegal staff participate in scheduled trainings and encourage professional growth
- Develop and implement policies and protocols for best practices in client-centered representation
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal and 2 years in a management position or related experience
- E-discovery and E-filing experience
- Proficient understanding of criminal legal practice and processes
- Experience with technology and case management systems
- Dedication to advocacy for low-income individuals
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion values
- Prior supervisory experience and ability to provide performance feedback and resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $125,000 to $155,000
