Associate Attorney
The candidate will be joining a law firm to assist in law matters. Responsibilities includes, Assist senior associates with case management. Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research, independently develop and present legal strategies on behalf of clients. Prepare complex pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions and briefs in support of legal strategies. Attend depositions and court conference. Prepare and file necessary motions. Communicate with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel and co-counsel in a manner consistent with established office procedures. Must have an excellent academic credentials and 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation and/or family law. In addition to, law firm experience is requisite. Bar admission in New York and/or New Jersey is mandatory. Have an effective communication skill sufficient to conduct investigations, to represent clients in hearings, meetings, negotiations or administrative proceedings. Excellent writing and analytical skills is needed. Knowledge of Korean language is preferred.
