• Draft pleadings and other legal documents
• Prepare discovery requests and responses

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of family law experience in Virginia
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Strong customer service skills
