Are you a skilled and self-motivated Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury law? Do you have a strong sense of justice and a passion for helping others? Farah & Farah, a premier personal injury law firm in Southeast GA, is seeking a dedicated and professional Paralegal to join our team in Brunswick, GA.

As a Paralegal at Farah & Farah, you will play an integral role in our litigation team by working closely with attorneys to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will have the opportunity to be involved in all phases of the litigation process, from conducting interviews and legal research to attending trials and assisting with case settlements.

Some of your responsibilities as a Litigation Paralegal will include:

- Conducting pre-claim investigations and initial case assessments
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and filing them with the court
- Performing administrative duties such as calendar hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistics
- Assisting with preparation of federal and state administrative filings
- Maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes
- Organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Preparing for trials and arbitrations, including managing trial exhibits and providing trial-related assistance
- Aiding attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
- Gathering relevant information from various sources, such as Lexis and Westlaw research
- Liaising between trial teams and internal/external third parties
- Helping with voir-dire, jury selection, and witness preparation
- Assisting with case settlements
- Addressing client inquiries about case status and providing updates on processing times and appointment issues
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and expectations

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury law. You should also have a strong understanding of federal and state court litigation cases, as well as familiarity with court rules and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and legal technology is also required, as well as a working knowledge of case management software.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You must also have exceptional analytical skills, a strong sense of confidentiality, and the ability to work autonomously. A Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification is preferred, and bilingual candidates are a plus.
