Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of civil rights litigation cases from inception to jury verdict.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to civil rights laws and precedents.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on civil rights matters.
• Collaborate with legal teams and support staff to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania; admission in New Jersey is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Civil Rights litigation.
