Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team at our reputable law firm. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our local attorneys and team by performing a variety of paralegal and administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing attorney dockets to ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner
• Reviewing files and conferring with attorneys about case status and upcoming deadlines
• Assisting attorneys with preparation for client meetings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Drafting legal documents such as letters, briefs, and discovery materials
• Filing and e-filing legal documents
• Maintaining client files, both electronic and physical
• Communicating regularly with clients
• Conducting legal research and drafting memos
• Providing excellent service and high-quality legal products to clients
• Covering the front desk and phones when needed
• Maintaining a positive reputation amongst clients, colleagues, and court staff

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of Paralegal experience, with knowledge of Family Law preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to make decisions using data and experience-based instinct
