Morgan & Morgan, . is a leading personal injury law firm with a mission to fight for consumer rights. We are currently seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of millions of Americans as their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations, and defective goods.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all pre-litigation work on a daily basis
- Obtain Flip-to-Lit approval
- Guide clients through the case process
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Obtain TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation
- Manage the release approval process
- Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on personal injury cases, specifically automotive
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements:
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
- 1+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to handle a high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
