- Job Title: Paralegal (Risk Management)
- Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States of America
- Starting Pay:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant Paralegal experience
- Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Certificate of completion or degree from a paralegal certificate education program or other comparable post-secondary institution

Responsibilities:

- Assist Risk Management department Attorneys in delivering legal services to MGM Resorts International and its subsidiary organizations
- Strong knowledge in multi-jurisdictional gaming regulatory matters
- Draft correspondences, memorandum, and prepare legal documents
- Conduct client and witness interviews and organize case files
- Manage and update compliance and matter tracking systems and databases
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners and legal counsel
- Assist with transactions such as licensing, regulatory document preparation, and trademark portfolio management
- Review and reconcile invoices from law firms
- Provide administrative support and perform advanced paralegal duties
- Conduct legal research

Ideal Candidate:

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Paralegal experience
- Certificate of completion or degree from a paralegal certificate education program or other comparable post-secondary institution
