Your Role as a Litigation Paralegal

In this fast-paced and challenging position, you will work closely with attorneys at all levels to manage large-scale litigation matters from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, managing discovery and e-discovery, providing litigation technology support, organizing case files, preparing for trials, and conducting legal and factual research. You will also act as a liaison between attorneys and support staff and ensure that paralegal services meet the team's expectations.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a valid Paralegal certification and seven to ten years of litigation experience in an AmLaw 150 firm or specialist litigation practice area. Experience with all stages of litigation and attending trials/arbitration hearings is required. Proficiency in litigation software such as Opus 2, TextMap, CaseMap, iManage, Everlaw, and Relativity is preferred. Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. You must also be self-motivated, proactive, and have excellent customer service skills. Availability for overtime work and travel is a must.
