As an Entry Level Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable knowledge and skills in the criminal defense field. Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients and provide case updates promptly
- Manage attorney schedule efficiently
- Process criminal cases for trial preparation
- Complete daily court calendar and obtain jury panels
- Request criminal history documentation
- Schedule appointments for defense attorneys
- Assist victims with restitution information
- Communicate with law enforcement and the general public
- Perform office related activities to support department functions

Qualifications:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Criminal defense experience preferred
- Professional work history with transferrable skills
- Previous experience as a paralegal or in a legal field preferred
- Experience with case management software or computer charting programs
