# Intellectual Property Attorney at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm with 285 attorneys in 16 offices across New York State, Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney to join the firm’s growing and sophisticated Intellectual Property practice. ## Position Overview **Work Locations:** Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, NY. Hybrid Work Arrangement Possible. **Qualifications:** Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent communication skills with at least 2 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Candidates will also preferably have experience with intellectual property litigation and/or trademark prosecution and enforcement. While all technical disciplines will be considered, candidates will preferably possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or mechanical engineering. USPTO registration is required. **Salary:** Commensurate with experience. ## Why Join Bond?
