Small Civil Litigation Firm Seeking Experienced Paralegal

You must have real property law experience. To be a key player on our team, you must be punctual, computer literate, and have a great attitude.

Candidates must have first-rate interpersonal skills and be comfortable on the phone with clients and be effective at developing rapport with prospective clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75k-$85k per year

Qualification and Experience Responsibilities include: Organizing files Prepare case file for hearings and trials Scheduling events on the Firm’s master calendar Drafting letters and simple court documents Conducting research about laws and judicial decisions Helping attorneys prepare cases for hearings Assisting lawyers in the courtroom Communicating with clients providing updates and gathering information Preparing discovery and responses to discovery demands Candidates should have completed a course of study offered by a college or university especially for Paralegals and possess a certification as a trained Paralegal.
