We are looking for a self-directed and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in commercial real estate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Work on purchase and sale transactions, leases, and commercial financing transactions as part of project teams.
- Draft and negotiate primary and ancillary documents for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, leasing, joint ventures and similar transactions.
- Review and analyze due diligence and conduct legal research.
- Correspond and communicate with clients’ business and legal personnel, and coordinate with attorneys across other practice disciplines.

Qualifications:

- At least five (5) years of commercial real estate experience.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superior drafting skills.
- Strong analytical thinker, with a business mind.
- Excellent academic record.
- Ability to independently manage and supervise paralegals and due diligence processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.
- Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.

Salary Information:
The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, Stark & Stark offers a comprehensive benefits package, including major medical and hospitalization coverage, prescription coverage, dental and vision plans, life insurance, profit sharing, and a 401(k) plan. Paid vacation and holidays are also included.

Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least five (5) years of experience in commercial real estate law. This individual should also have a strong academic record and be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. Previous experience working on purchase and sale transactions, leases, and commercial financing transactions is preferred.
