The Education/Employment Law Attorney will have strong writing and analytical skills and be comfortable with MS software and other technology, including use of databases. This individual should also enjoy meeting and communicating with clients.

The successful Attorney will work with the education law practice group which represents employees, employers, students, and educators. This opportunity includes working on various state and federal employment litigation cases as well as representing students and educators in administrative law matters.

The successful candidate should have experience with:

• EEOC
• ADA
• FMLA
• FSLA
• Wrongful Termination
• Various Arizona state employment statutes

or

• Representing students with residency claims, disciplinary hearings, suspension, and other education matters
• Representing educators with disciplinary hearings, suspension, or other employment related matters
