Responsibilities:

- Independently manage business transactions
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Conduct entity formation and due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and real property transactions
- Provide project management and direct client service
- Demonstrate strong analytical and drafting skills
- Provide excellent client service with responsiveness and dedication

Qualifications:

- Active and in good standing with the California State Bar License
- Minimum of four years of experience in business transactions
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Interest in independently managing transactions and developing client relationships
- Strong academic background

Salary and Benefits:
