Job Description: H2 Heading

DLA Piper is seeking a highly talented Paralegal to join our team in San Diego. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and clients, performing a range of substantive case and client matter related duties. This is a hybrid work schedule position, requiring on-site presence.

Responsibilities: H2 Heading

- Work closely with attorneys, clients, and other parties on substantive client matters
- Perform legal research and prepare legal documents
- Manage data rooms and matter files
- Coordinate execution and delivery of documentation
- Develop and update closing checklists and other documents

Requirements: H2 Heading

- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate
- Minimum of 1 year of Paralegal experience
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, or Westlaw

Preferred Requirements: H2 Heading

- Public and private company experience
- Carta experience
- Section 16 experience
- Blue Sky experience
- Experience preparing and filing corporate legal documents
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Large firm experience
