Law Firm Seeking Experienced Real Estate Paralegal in Phoenix

Quarles & Brady is a leading law firm in Phoenix, and we are currently looking for an experienced commercial real estate paralegal to join our growing Real Estate Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with institutional clients and handle complex transactions in a dynamic environment. If you have a strong background in commercial real estate and are looking for a challenging role with a highly respected firm, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee all stages of commercial real estate transactions, from initial sign-up to closing
- Review and analyze title commitments, exception documents, and surveys, and draft necessary objection letters
- Draft and revise various legal documents such as easements, declarations, licenses, and agreements
- Prepare and assemble closing documents and instructions
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Perform general real estate tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in complex real estate transactions for institutional clients
- Strong background in commercial development, acquisition, and disposition
- Experience with commercial leasing and lending is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client relations
- Strong teambuilding and collaboration abilities
