Patent Prosecution Paralegal: Assisting with all phases of . patent prosecution matters, including preparing and filing patent applications and prosecution documents, communicating with clients and government agencies, and managing a docket and deadlines.

Experience and understanding: Must possess experience and understanding of all aspects of . patent prosecution case support, including electronic filing systems, data collection and review, and legal research and factual investigations.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare and file patent and design applications and prosecution documents via electronic filing systems.
- Communicate with clients and government agencies to collect and assemble information.
- Manage a docket and track deadlines.
- Assist with client transfers and portfolio management.
- Maintain knowledge of . and PCT rules and procedures.
- Handle multiple assignments and work well under pressure.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
