Job Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and probate proceedings.
- Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their estate planning goals and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Represent clients in probate and trust administration matters, including court appearances as needed.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive estate plans.
- Stay updated on state and federal laws affecting estate planning and taxation.
- Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload while meeting deadlines and firm objectives.

Job Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Nebraska State Bar.
- 2-8 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Nebraska estate planning laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Additional coursework or certifications in tax or elder law are a plus.
Certifications:
