Job Summary: The Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant at a law firm is responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys in the Litigation Practice Group. This includes managing calendars, organizing and filing legal documents, coordinating billing processes, and maintaining smooth working relationships with staff, attorneys, and clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a mid-size law firm, excellent proofing and editing skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
