Law Firm Seeking Associate for New Haven Office

Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm with nearly 300 attorneys across multiple offices, is currently seeking a highly skilled attorney for their New Haven location. The chosen candidate will join the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Area and will also have a secondary affiliation with the Commercial Litigation Practice Area. The firm is looking for an associate with a minimum of three years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for those with experience in labor and employment law. Those with prior experience in complex commercial litigation will also be highly regarded.

This position requires candidates to be licensed to practice in Connecticut, and a dual bar in New York State is preferred. Candidates with post-law school federal clerkships but less than three full years of practice may also be considered. In addition to being licensed in Connecticut, candidates should have superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work directly with clients and develop and execute service strategies is also essential.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
