Job Title: Patent Litigation Associate - Junior/Mid-Level

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $235,000 - $365,000 per year

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of patent litigation experience
- Background in electrical engineering, computer science, and/or life sciences preferred
- Admitted to the New York bar
- Strong academic credentials and legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Prior experience at a regional or national law firm preferred

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of patent litigation, including written discovery, brief writing, and deposition preparation
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal representation
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and arguments
- Collaborate with team members and senior attorneys on complex cases
- Keep up-to-date with changes in patent law and industry trends
